Preconstruction
Consulting
Dimension offers a proactive measure to help the owner meet their overall project needs. We assist in the initial development of the scope, quality, scheduling needs, and overall budget.
General
Contracting
Once the owner has determined the overall needs and scope of the project, we coordinate with subcontractors to complete the project per the owner’s plans and specifications.

Management
We manage the project for the owner from preconstruction to project completion by coordinating the process with the owner’s architects and engineers, job specific municipalities, and our contractors/subcontractors and suppliers to assure prompt project delivery.

Dimension will review plan designs, making suggestions for alternative use of methods and/or materials that would result in a more economical cost basis.
